Can this film be obtained in widescreen yet ?

Why are all the dvd releases I've seen full screen instead of Widescreen ?
Also why is the print quality of this film sooo bad in the triple film pack (Studio Canal), when on the other hand the free promo copy given away by the Sun is great qual' though still 4:3 !!!???

I do fully realise that Mutiny and Holiday are on dvd in W/S, as in the S/Canal box set.

There were 2 prints of the film in 70mm Ultra-Panavision. One has apparently never been used but in 1995 On The Buses was shown at the Waterloo Imax to an audience of 2,000. I am not sure if these were converted to Betamax or VHS format.
