Yes! Good call, I'm pretty sure John Boorman and Raspo Pallenberg would have encountered these movies and may have been influenced. John Carpenter's THE FOG too, totally influenced by the Blind Dead.

Also I just saw La Noche del Terror Ciego among Excalibur's "If you enjoyed this title, our database also recommends" list of recommendations, oddly enough.
