I wonder why she turned into a zombie after being bitten by the blind dead. That idea was not used in any of the sequels or in the rest of this movie. All the other victims stayed dead.
shareI think this movie (at the time) was intended to be a one-off. The sequel (Return of the Blind Dead) established new rules and a new genesis for the Blind Dead, which remained the standard backstory for the sequels.
