Well, you know it's an Italian giallo (albeit not really the best one ever made) and the point of those wasn't really to be scary. They were meant to be sexy (Erika Blanc's coffin striptease), perverse (Blanc dressed in practically nothing but thigh-high boots being chased around by a guy with a whip), over-the-top ridiculous (the bloody cat-fight at the end), highly-stylized cinematically (which is more obvious in the new widescreen DVD), and to function somewhat as thrillers/murder mysteries (I guess they fell down there). You're right its not scary, but these kind of movies usually weren't

Right... I'm the loser, yet you're the one reading my posting history. Sweet deal.

If you haven't seen either film, it makes perfect sense to ask about them. There's no reason for anything to have such similar titles.

Sure. Not scary or creepy but it has the right amount of sleaze to please fans of Euro trash and in this particular case, giallos.

I had a great time with this movie.

this movie was confusing. I suspect that scenes were were missing. One moment, Alen has the stripper change to those thigh high boots, the next moment, he is strangling her with the whip.

It's confusing because I suspect a lot of scenes have been deleted, at least on my Alpha Video DVD. I still found it quite entertaining, though. 6/10 stars.
