Please please God,in the name of all that which does not suck, do not let them do a remake of this staring Steve Martin or Will Smith, or anybody!

shareWell since you have suggested it, maybe it could star Dennis Miller and Rita Rudner. Oh wait, Bill Murray has been looking for a new vehicle, maybe we could pair him up with Sissy Spacek.
No, better still, Kelsey Grammer (who just suffered a heart attack today I hear, hope he's ok) could use a choice gig, and I can see Tanya Harding in it too.
But knowing Hollywood, it will more likely be Will Farrell and Adam Sandler, and I mean in the picture together.
I'm sure there can be more suggestions for casting that could make one of the best movies ever made into one of the worst.
I thought I'd heard somewhere they'd remake this with Hugh Grant.
shareRemake it with anybody! Then maybe we'll get a DVD release of the original.
shareAgreed, that's the number one reason I don't mind remakes.
Maybe someone will dig through the film vaults and find all of the original and put it back together.
Not sure how it could improve the perfection of the released version but I'd love to see it
heard jack black was going to do it.
A day without sunshine is like, you know, night.
well, you can see what a mess they made of the remake of her terrific film The Heartbreak Kid.
By the way, I thought her daughter was fantastic in that film.
If they are going to do one, an English actor to play Henry would be ideal. Twenty years ago, Jack Nicholson would have been hilarious.
shareRight like when they remade The Out-Of-Towners. I never understood why they have to remake anything. I know because no one is writing anything as good as the original films.
