Really good Giallo and a terrific music score

I really liked this film. It reminds me of Dario Argento's early movies.
The murders are gruesome and I totally love Ennio Morricone's music.

No it's really not that good atall. Death scenes were ok but not up to argento's standards. A bit dull really, the middle section was just endless.

Have to agree. The buzz zaw murder and decapitation (at the start) are by far the best bits in the film, and they are in the first 30 mins or so. It was pretty standard 90 minutes, but felt like three hours...too slow. The plot was overly complex, and there really wasn't that much to it - an overly complex plot doesn't mean it is an intelligent one. Rather a lot of loop holes as well. And you do see the killer in the buzz saw scene (freeze frame).

Nice score, nice cinematography

Could anyone tell me how it ends?? I watched this youtube copy of it:

and thought it was the full version, but it ends rather abruptly. Is this how its supposed to end tho? I see the actual run time is 96 mins and the youtube vers I saw was 95 mins. Hopefully we're just missing the end credits *shrug*

My opinion is that it is a great musical score in a quite mediocre giallo. They should have used the title “Hilton the Interrogator,” because that’s basically what the majority of this film consisted of.

Hey, at least serious George Hilton fans would probably rate this higher.
