At the time, I knew Dalton only from 'The Lion in Winter'.

McGoohan, though, I knew well from 'Secret Agent', 'The Prisoner' & 'Ice Station Zebra'. I was a HUGE fan, and I was disappointed to not see him play a romantic role.
