Hi everyone. Need help trying to remember a 60s or 70s gothic vampire themed movie: mainly remember a girl with some kind of blood disease, and some kind of treatment: an old man cuts the girl's back with some little cube tool with several little blades that makes parallel cuts, to make blood transfusions or sick blood drain. Sorry but is all I can remember. Think that the movie could be one of Karnstein Trilogy or be in the vein of. 100% sure is 60s or 70s gothic female vampire movie. Thanks in advance for your thoughts. I had placed this question in other forums and already had been informed.

The paradox here is that I have the DVD of that movie, but I never opened it.
