THE most beautiful, gorgeous, seductive Vampire/Lover ever on film. Ingrid Pitt is downright voluptuous, the Collinson twins are double-knockouts, but Miss Stensgaard had everything right about a femme fatale... she was sad, melancholy, mysterious, yet sexy, charming, & sweet. Being blonde & bosomy didn't hurt either, & she was equally captivating to both male AND female victims alike. I think (if she were a true vampire & therefore her looks hadn't aged) that if I were to meet her today (or more likely at NIGHT) that I would be positively speechless upon coming up to that perfect femininity- & if she were to put those deadly beguiling EYES on me... well, add MY name to the ever-growing list of her WILLING victims!

If you have the Anchor Bay DVD for "Lust For A Vampire," you might want to check out the Easter egg in the extras submenu. The Easter egg features several photos of Yutte Stensgaard. If you press the button to make the red crucifix icon go to the right, the red crucifix will jump away from the extras submenu offerings and land on the handle of the knife. Press "enter" when the red crucifix goes to the handle of the knife, and the slide show featuring Yutte will begin.

She was (is still?) absolutely stunning! Even if Lust For A Vampire had been the worst movie ever I still would have had no problem making it through due to her beauty. Of course the movie wasn't that bad, I'm just saying

Yutte is hot, no doubt, but she's no match for Ingrid Pitt. Ingrid is so dam hot & sexy Yutte would beg her to be her love slave!

I agree that she is perhaps the most stunning of Hammer's vampires. I have her as a gorey pin-up girl on the front cover of the 'Hammer: The Elstree Years' book. It is a still from the film. It seems to be taken at the second time Mircalla is seen rising from her coffin. Where she pulls off her shroud and reveals her blood-splattered naked body. But the book cover shows Yutte Stensgaard in a close-up of her top half. She played an evil character but with such an innocent look.

I totally agree. Even as a female i think she is utterly gorgeous. Britt Eckland and her are totally dreamlike. You have excellent taste in women...

Interesting and a little disappointing IMO, how she just suddenly called time on her budding acting career, shortly after this film was released.🐭
