I read "The Love Machine" by Jacqueline Susann, but unfortunately not in the original. I very much want to download and read it in English. But I can't find it. I looked for it everywhere. I don't know what to do. Please.
Really... If you want to read the book you should buy it. It is a very good book and not expensive. You should also read 'Once is not enough' and ' Valley Of the Dolls' by the same Author.

I doubt that you will be able to download it anywhere since it would be inappropriate due to copyright.
