Remake Casting


I love these films, its too bad they haven't reached a broader audience.
I think a remake or a similar film with the same kinds of characters (Drifter/Lawman brothers etc.) could be in order and could pay homage to this classic. Any thoughts on casting?

Heres my bid

Trinity:Matt Bomer (From USA's White Collar, he's got those eyes and plays a similarly charming rascal)
Bambino: Mel Gibson (He'd be good, trust me)

Director: the Coens or....

Thanks for the reply. It would definitely have to be a product of love because you''re right there isn't such of a market for westerns. But I think ifnyou marketed it right, it could definitely reach an audience that would appreciate it. I'm only 23 and I enjoy these movies but I see your point.
