A Blu-Ray with extra features. Maybe a few interviews, the theatrical trailer, and the soundtrack.

I'd love a blu-ray! I'd love someone like Shout or Arrow to release it, but due to this belonging to Warner, apparently they're well known for being petty about sharing what they own. So chances are, we'll see a standard blu ray at some point without features knowing Warner. It's a shame. Either way, a visual upgrade would be REALLY nice, as every version I have seen has been quite damaged.
