Why no Region 2 DVD release??

Why?????????? I need this movie!!!!

I have a VHS which I bought on Amazon a while ago. I have both VHS and DVD players because I know a lot of old movies do not come in dvd.

There is a screening of this film at the BFI on Friday night in London.

Again no region 2 DVD. when will it every come out on pal not NTSC all ways.
