According to Elvira's official website, "Lady Frankenstein" is scheduled to air this coming weekend on "Elvira's Movie Macabre" (a few weeks later on THIS TV). I would appreciate knowing if this information is correct, so, if you watch "EMM" this weekend, please do let me know what was shown.
I was up late last night channel surfing and came across this. I was curious what it was, since I could tell it was old, so I went downstairs real quick to check the cable guide (my TV upstairs just has local channels). It was then I realized that Elvira's show had been revived. I like staying up late watching old movies, so I settled in to watch it. The movie was pretty awful, but Elvira made it fun.
It was so funny, because during every host segment I kept saying (about the son), "He looks like Thomas Dekker, but I don't think it's him." Then when the end credits rolled, I saw his name and was like, "It WAS him!" LOL!!
Never heard of him, although I caught his name in the credits and looked him up. Seems to me, he has substantial enough credits to not do such a corny gig. But it was fun. Since he ended up a "nut case", I guess he won't be back. Fine with me - I think Elvira does her campy stuff better alone.
