At the end of the film, as Harry(fonda) lays dying, Arch(oates) comes over and utters something to him, to which harry responds (not verbatim, but something to this effect) "i thought it was over, but i could feel something was wrong" I couldn't understand what Arch was trying to say. Does anyone know?

I think he was saying that after they got the kid's horse back and laid a little vengeance on the men who set the kid up to be killed, he thought it was over. He didn't expect that the men he shot and roughed up would be out for more payback.

Arch says something to the effect of "They were really bad ones, Harry"

ya he said "they are bad ones, harry" referring to the bullet wounds is what i thought because Fonda then said he had a feeling he would die here since the first time they rode into town.
