I can't believe this movie will actually have an authentic Region 1 DVD release!

According to Fangoria magazine, Synapse Films is planning to release this(along with several other Hammer films) sometime "in third quarter 2010". :D

Along with HANDS OF THE RIPPER, Synapse will be bringing out VAMPIRE CIRCUS and TWINS OF EVIL. And Severin Films has plans for deluxe new Region 1 editions of the Amicus anthology THE HOUSE THAT DRIPPED BLOOD, along with HORROR EXPRESS.

I can't officially confirm, but I've read in two online reviews that Hands of the Ripper is set for a 2013 release (Synapse).
