Is this film a comedy???

Hey guys. I haven't watched this film yet, but i did buy it from my Video Store as an ex-rental when we were selling them off..... only it was listed as a "comedy". I assumed it would be something along the lines of "Blazing Saddles", but after reading other messages for this film i'm not so sure now.

What would make this film a comedy?? Or was it just labelled wrong? We actually sold it off because it had never ever been hired! lol.

Yes and no... Some parts of it are very funny, but it's not strictly a comedy.
