I just watched the 2007 version that was a part of the Sergio Leone Anthology (with the 3 man with no name films) is this the restored 157 minute cut? Or has anything been edited or cut out of it?

I am wondering the same thing. If you have found this out by now, could you please tell me, because I'm planning on buying this, but i don't want to buy a butchered version.
