Was full version ever shown/released somewhere?

Somewhere i have lobby card of the movie which shows picture of Mallory lying on desert ground, i know that this is from deleted "walking through desert" scene, i also saw pictures of at least three more deleted scenes; doctor Villega helping some patient (and then getting captured by colonel's soldiers), Villega's torture scene, John and Juan in house of same guy that Villega visited before getting captured...

Were this scenes ever shown in some version of the movie or they are probably gone for good? Cause if they are lost, then it's too bad, cause i really like the movie and seeing full uncut version of it would be great. I don't mind couple of plot holes which were caused by deleting those scenes but still, i know that many people always point out same part of the movie (exausted John blowing up church thinking that Juan and his kids are inside) as making no sense, but if "desert walk" scene was kept it would definitely helped with this plot hole.

Also, why were this scenes cut in first place? Maybe it was pacing or lenght issues but movie is still 150 minutes long. My personal guess would be that "desert walk" scene was deleted because it was too similar to the scene in Good, Bad and the Ugly where Tuco forced Blondie to walk through the desert without water. And Villega's torture was maybe too violent or too dark which is why it was deleted. Once again, these are just my theories.

i am not sure if these scenes were ever filmed but i think their deletion really hurt the movie.
