The blu ray version's annoying issues

Watching several scenes from the blu Ray of A Fistful of dynamyte yesterday, i ran onto a few issues that annoyed me a lot.

*Spoilers*
1) The audio of some scenes is completely messed up. For instance, in the scene in which Juan is about to be executed but is saved by John, you just can't hear the latter saying "Duck, you sucker!", you hear something rather incomprehensible. The same happens with Juan's last line on the movie. I have no idea what the hell happened.

2) What annoyed me the most, by far, is what they did to the last flashback's audio. In the version of the movie that i know best, during this scene we listen to two of the soundtrack's pieces. One of them ends and another starts on the moment the scene changes its direction. When the woman moves from Sean to Nolan, which is absolutely unexpected by the viewer there's a change of the song, to a much more somber and dark one. That is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly matched music-scene set. On this version, though, we listen to one (beautiful, as each of the songs of the soundtrack is) song only the entire flashback. It might seem just a little detail, but it's an enourmous loss to the depth of this scene, which is perhaps the most important scene in the movie.
