Juan's hand

Right after Juan kills the governor, it seems there is something in his hand that bothers him. First i thought it was some of the bird's crap that was still in his hand, specially because he kind of smiles and then rub his hand on his pants. But then he opens and closes his hand repeatedly, and shakes it, as if something was actually wrong with it.

Anyone has any idea about this?

Probably sweat and nerves, it would be a big thing killing the governer. Maybe like in WW2 if a private killed a fleeing Martin Bormann or something.
