Sequel - what is the name?

I remember seeing at least one sequel to this movie. Paul searched for Michell for years after finishing college and finally found her (and their child) married to a pilot. I seem to remember they got back together, but that part is fuzzy. The characters were played by the same actors, I'm quite sure...
