RANK the Apes films

Hey guys, I had never seen a single Apes film until this past week. I did a Man Vs. Movie video on our youtube channel where I watched all five of the original films in one day. Became a huge fan instantly and have since seen the craptastic Tim Burton version and Rise and am about an hour from seeing Dawn. Words cannot explaining the mother effin' excitement. Anyways How do you rank all the films after seeing Dawn? for me (pre-dawn) its:

1. (Best) Planet of the Apes
2. Conquest of the Planet of the Apes
3. Rise of the PLANET of the Apes
4. Escape from the Planet of the Apes
5. Beneath the Planet of the Apes (Far and away above the last two)
6. Battle For the Planet of the Apes
7. Planet of the Apes (2001)

So DELIGHTED for your excitement in newly discovering this truly fantastic movie series (Tim Burton's re-imagining excluded - as goes without saying these days!!). As a massive "Apes" fan, I'd rate them as..

1. Planet of the Apes (original)
2. Conquest of the Planet of the Apes
3. Escape From The Planet Of the Apes
4. Rise Of the Planet of the Apes
5. Dawn Of the Planet of the Apes
6. Beneath the Planet of the Apes
7. Battle For the Planet of the Apes
8. Planet of the Apes (2001)

4. Battle for the Planet of the Apes (extended cut)
5. Beneath the Planter of the Apes

Conquest/Battle/Beneath are almost a toss-up, and I might change the order of those three on any given day. I have either never seen the original cut of Battle or saw it at such a young age that I have no memory of it.

The original is the clear winner, and Escape is clearly second.

Planet of the Apes (2001) is clearly the best but i do like them all
