It is available at Amazon.com on VHS. Not sure why it isn't linked from here like most movies, but if you search at amazon.com for "doctors' wives" under VHS it comes up.

Doctor's Wives is now avaliable on DVD at Amazon.com. I watched it again today, it's quite camp (but today's standards) but enjoyable and a great cast!
