Exactly who were they working for? As a kid, I thought maybe they were working for themselves. They wind up killing just about everyone they come across & I thought maybe they were agents of SPECTRE/Blofeld. But thing is I’m not sure they were related to Blofeld in any way. They went around killing everyone, good, bad, etc. That’s why as a child I had trouble following the plot to see just exactly how they fit into everything, like who they were & who exactly they were working for.

Why in the hell go through the trouble of delivering the diamonds & then kill whoever you happen to involve yourself with right after? With their track record why would anyone be involved with them?

Lol, your comment made me laugh, you are right. Two menacing guys. Blofeld was running a very inefficient scheme with so many killers and diamond transporters to pay. Maybe he realised that and we just seen the end game with wint and kid closing the operation off. Lucky they didn't do Blofeld in as well just for the hell of it. I'd say a kid and wint film could have been created to show their back story

They did work for Blofeld (although they may have believed he was really Willard White???). Honestly this movie was so stupid and I think you are putting far more thought into it than the filmmakers did.

They were working for Blofeld, though the movie didn't exactly make that extremely clear. I know most people dislike this movie, but Wint and Kidd were absolutely hilarious and stole every scene they were in. I love their back-and-forth quips after they had just assassinated someone.

Those two would've killed their grandmothers for their coin purses. "Your grandmother suffered in a pretty way Mr. Kid" "As did yours, Mr. Wint" just to play pinball machines at Circus Circus.
