the Movie Poster - who made it?

On both the IMDB and the Wikipedia page about 'Count Yorga, Vampire', we see the 1970 poster art with the scantily clad young vampire women attacking a male victim.

The art work, does anyone know who made it? It reminds me of a certain MAD Magazine style, so perhaps it's one of their artists.

The theme of the poster, btw, made me think of Charles Manson's murderous hippy girls.
