Is this movie on DVD?

Well, I'm Brazilian and so far none of Nelson Pereira dos Santos' movies are on DVD. (the best of which, in my opinion is "Rio, Zona Norte")

In fact, 98% of our great pictures are still unavailable on DVD. All you get are recent films. We just don't have the dough to restore them and if miraculously we do, the DVD sales of national films here is practicaly non-existant.

Sad, but then again many things in Brazil are.

So my answer is, try e-mailing Kino or whatever is company that holds the international rights for the picture. Because from here it surely won't come.

It will be released later in July, I think the 26th.
