Would you consider this piece to be the best movie ever made? Why or why not?

It's certainly is one of the best movies ever made. And waaaaay ahead of it's time.

English isn't my 1st language. I'm sorry for any mistakes in grammar, spelling...

To me it's the best cult movie ever made, but nowhere near the best movie ever made.

It's an experimental offering that made the mainstream, it's great on that level...but boy, are those last two-thirds boring...........

There is only your favorite. It's an awesome movie but not my favorite. I currently haven't read the book, so I don't know if you mean adaptation of quality wise.

To be qualified to declare this film the "best ever made", one would have to have seen every movie ever made. I'll say this: it was definitely in my top ten "acid trip" movies.
