What a Riot!

This was the sixth (and final) film in the "Horror Classics" collection released by Value Video, which I purchased some years back. I remember watching my way thorough them at that time, and this week, I have just given them all a re-airing.

Some of them were OK, some were outrageous, and some were just plain silly.

This "Legacy of Blood" (as it is titled in my set) was just a laugh riot all the way through. I started off with the odd giggle, but by the time it was half over, I was laughing out loud....

By the time the closing line was quoted ("I'll bet you thought that the Butler did it!") I was almost rolling on the floor!! If I hadn't been quite so tired, I think I probably would have put it on again, just out of sheer I-don't-believe-it....

I took myself off to bed, and was still chuckling away, when I fell asleep about half an hour later.....

Hello there anubis-45  .

I'm watching this movie on the COMET Channel right now
and for the very first time too
( IMPO not bad so far for what it is ?  ) .

However I do agree there are a few " dark humor moments " in this film 
whether it's unintentional or not I'm just not sure   .

Yet there are some " wild abstract flashback scenes " that does seem to
surprisingly indicate that the family characters in this film are way more insane
than was realized from the very beginning of this film   .

So it does seem to dig a bit deeper into the individual character development
( in a somewhat twisted way ) than was originally intended by the viewer as well    .

At any rate I think the house is really decorated so awesomely   .

Of course this is all just my personal opinions here  .
