would like to find a copy Thanks [email protected]

I remember seeing this when I was a kid in the 70's too. I'm pretty sure it was a made-for-TV film, I don't think it was a theatrical film.

Ooh, this will be, I believe, my first thread necro on any forum anywhere, ever.

Sure it'd be interesting to see this film again if only for one reason: I remember seeing it as a kid, around age 12, and I remember it creeped me out. However, I had NO IDEA what the name of it was or even recall most of the movie. I did remember 'San Melas'(and, duh, the very ending) though, and miraculously I was just aimlessly browsing older horror lists on site, saw the name Black Noon and somehow it clicked.

At this point I'd be shocked if there are copies to download anywhere... looks like the last post in this topic was back in the heyday of spurious, promiscuous downloading and p2p file sharing sites. You know, back before people actually got in trouble for blatant copyright abuse lol. I'd gladly pay a few bucks to see it again, though I'm guessing I'd think a whole lot less of it as an adult - still curious.

As a side note, I've gotten to where I bristle at most 'witch/occult/satanic/devil' movies these days, primarily because they spread misinformation about the vast majority of actual witchcraft practitioners, who have as much in common with evil devil worshipers as they do reptilian alien overlords. But having gotten that off my chest, I can hope to see this faded gem again, at least enough of it to ascertain whether or not it deserves the intense memory that childhood me gifted it.

OK, one more side note and I'm done. Wondering if there would be any possibility whatsoever of successfully lobbying TV networks to release their old 'movie of the week' titles in digital format. I'd sign a petition! And while I don't know how many individual titles I'd be willing to spend money on, I could see buying maybe a season or two's worth in a bundle. Sure a lot of made for tv's absolutely honking STINK, heheh, but there were some surprisingly great ones too.
