Mad Magazine did a great satire:

"Billy Jock."

reply

I barely remember the Satire, but the only lines I recall is (sic) "Why are you still bleeding" "Cause, like slow to anger, I'm slow to bleed, too"

"Eye of the Beholder"

I can remember the part where Billy catches Bernand with a girl in his car and the girl is Lucy from Peanuts.

....and the real reason that he took his boots off before fighting the townies was so he could knock them out with his rancid smelling feet.

The way Billy Jock just shows up, like in Blue Jean's shower.

Or the conversation with the hippie chick in the shootout scene:

Billy Jock: I have some good news and some bad news. I just killed your father.

Chick: Okay, what's the bad news?

Still one of my favorite films from my youth. You had to be there.

I remember this movie so well! The Mad satire I haven't seen in years. I do remember Snake, snake make me your brother....Owwww that's no way to treat your brother! Thanks for jogging that memory. Funny stuff.

Wow! Although I was a frequent reader of "Mad" Magazine when it was still in vogue, I don't remember this satire of the film "Billy Jack" at all.

Mad Magazine really had some good writers then. I distinctly remember their satires of "King Kong", "Batman and Robin", and others... Too funny.

Sig, you want a sig, here's a SIG-sauer!
