I have to admit the song at the end credits is so beautiful! It sounds so romantic, I want to know who sings it and where can I get it. It's the American version of "Quiero La Noche" but the words were changed in English. (I know this because I'm Hispanic.)

Perhaps it was a session singer. A singer who was known to have a reasonably good sing voice and was asked to give her talents to this tune. Or perhaps there is a soundtrack for the film somewhere.
