No, Rooney doesn't doff his duds in this fabulously flipped-out flick. He does belt out "Chattanooga Choo Choo" in a pained, wheezy off-key voice and dance as well.

This film was BRILLIANT!!! This film had lots of early earmarks of some of the most effective camera effects used today. Like speed variations & quick edits… And this film used all of this stuff quite effectively. Rooney was Looney, and I think this film is an undiscovered gem. A MUST SEE!
