The Mason Adams lookalike
Who is he? He's in only a couple of scenes, and to my eyes - and ears, actually - is the spit of Adams (an actor I know only from F/X: Murder by Illusion).
shareIt's Peter Hobbs (General Sparks in the film). He doesn't sound anything like Adams, actually, though he did once marry a woman with that maiden name. And I've just found the '3 actors' thread which drags in a guy I've never heard of. Case closed.
