WARNING about SAE (Screen Archives Entertainment) who sell this Blu-ray!

WARNING about Screen Archives Entertainment in the U.S who sell it exclusively for Twilight Time label. I've bought from Screen Archives for some years now, both soundtracks & more recently Twilight Time blu-rays which as we all know are very expensive. Screen Archives recently changed their shipping policy; if an order gets lost or goes missing & a customer doesn't receive it, they WON'T replace it unless the customer pays a high insured delivery charge, $40 (about £25 GBP) from the U.S to the UK. I was ordering three blu-rays including "10 Rillington Place" so I payed that insured charge which made my total spend over £91 GBP including delivery for just three films!! I thought that would be it spend wise but I was wrong! The parcel was held by my local Post Sorting office & I had to go & pay a customs charge, more than £20 GBP on top of what I've already paid Screen Archives! Horrendous! I've complained to Screen Archives & all they said was there can be customs charges, etc., etc. & they REFUSED to help me, despite my being a regular customer & spending much money with them over the years! Terrible! If we order from amazon & pay such a high delivery charge, the parcel is then delivered by COURIER to the UK & no customs charge is made because it is not delivered by the POST service, which is all Screen Archives will use! I also argued this with them, that for what they charge they ought to send the parcel by COURIER and not POST but again, they made no comment! It's a crying shame that amazon don't sell Twilight Time blu-rays! Screen Archives are screwing customers! BE WARNED!

It's OK. It's coming out shortly in the UK in a nice dual format edition for a fraction of the price much like quite a bit of the stuff Twilight Time release.
