i would like to know what series or year they did a sketch on Poirot which starred Patricia Routledge

This must be it, driver: Nags Bottom.

Must have watched that a dozen times when I still had the video tape. (on Beta, no less!)

It is in series 10 episode 2. It was in the final drama called 'Murder is Served'.
