I've been trying to look for such a list, but can't find one. Can anybody who has better knowledge list all of the mini serials that were shown in the Two Ronnies eg Phantom Raspberry Blower, Worm That Turned etc etc ?
I have memories of watching these as a kid and have identified most of them, but still haven't found one in particular that was set in the countryside. It was some kind of mystery with dead bodies and was set in a manor house or a general village setting.
You sound like you are describing the first "Piggy Malone/Charlie Farley" serial,
"Done To Death", from Series 2. That was set in some manor house. Featuring the late Sue Lloyd as "The Beautiful Blanche Brimstone, who was admired throughout the country, and who's puppies had won prizes at Crufts" (Just seen it, hehehe) :) :)
The other one with dead bodies in the countryside was the third Piggy Malone serial, "Stop, You're Killing Me", with dead yokels, daft farmer stereotypes and Doctor Who actress Kate O'Mara, as a cavorting gypsy sort :) :)
There was also the Piggy and Charley serial "Death Can Be Fatal" from Series 4 and "Band of Slaves", not sure which series this one's from though, and Hampton Wick from Series 1.
