Imagine my surprise when I walked into my local Wal-Mart earlier today and found, on a shelf in their video department, a 6-DVD set of "The Persuaders: The Complete Collection!" I didn't even know this classic series had finally been released on disc. Apparently this set came out earlier this year. Anyway, for fellow "Persuaders" fans, be on the lookout for this inexpensive set at a store near you! (That set is also available via Amazon, but Wal-Mart's $14.97 sticker price can't be beat.)

It's been out for years. Got mine in about 2004.

I just bought the 6-disk set myself and am lovin' it. This is a recently released set from VEI--the entire series in a compact case. Much nicer and shelf-friendly than the bulky A&E sets that broke the 24-episode series into two sets.

I had the A&E PERSUADERS sets and the A&E PROTECTORS sets, but sold them off long ago. Then they went out-of-print and the prices became ridiculous. I often wished I kept 'em since they're great shows both. Glad to have a second chance to pick them up at great prices ($16.98 each on Amazon as of today).
