Missing Warner Anderson credit?

I saw an episode where I'm pretty sure that Warner Anderson is in the opening scenes. He isn't listed in the show's credits, and that may be why he isn't in the IMDB credits either. It was some months ago, and I just went back through the episode list to try to figure out which one it is, but couldn't. Maybe someone else knows?
