According to the forum at the Mausoleum Club (British Archive TV site), the upcoming DVD release of The Last of the Mohicans by Koch Vision is the 1971 BBC series. Koch has confirmed this via e-mail to one of the posters. The title is listed on Koch Vision's web site under coming attractions but not much info is given about it.
UPDATE: Koch Vision has confirmed via e-mail that the upcoming DVD is indeed the 1971 BBC miniseries. Due out in February 07.
Did everyone locate them a copy of this strangely rare copy of the Last of the Mohicans ? I have in my hand the first DVD which is episode 1-4. A friend located it for me through Netflix.com
I did go back online and check the sites where i have been unable to find it for the past 5 or more years - Barnes and Noble now has this version listed on their site - Amazon.com still has problems locating it -
My search has been going on for years - i had come to the conclusion it failed to get transferred to video and preserved
