What was that language they spoke?

I remember the short circus kids used to speak some crazy language that was made up (of what I can recall) nnsense words like tubba flubba or something like that. Anyone else remember this?

Theory a: You're confusing TEC with ZOOM, in which case the Zoomers spoke Ubbi Dubbi.

Theory B: You're thinking of a song from Season One called "You Can Make Up A Word"

It WAS "Ubbi Dubbi".

I THINK I remember the Short Circus Kids talking in this language, but I KNOW they did on "Zoom"!

Bill Cosby also spoke this language on "Bill Cosby, Himself", after receiving novocaine, & wanting to talk to the dentist about his lower lip.
