I dunno... this was a good series, though... very underrated... had some good detective work and personal storylines. It broke all sorts of barriers as far as overweight lead characters, not being used for colorful or comical purposes. Frank Cannon was very macho and had good sex appeal for an obese detective ... I am sure there were some women who liked him back then and would now. It was a fun show - too bad it isn't on DVD... I would grab it if so.

Good news!!! Paramont Home Video is starting to release QM stuff in April!
The Untouchables and the Streets of SF are the first ones to come out.
Can the "Routund One" be far behind?????

reply

Hi Ed
If good quality and clear picture copies are available, I am interested.
Tried to get some via ebay, but they were very poor quality.
Kind regards

If Tvland showed them I am sure that they didn't burn in a fire. Cannon actually looks like my Father. When he would travel people would say"Cannon". If this show were available on Dvd we could start teasing him all over again.

Cannon is due out on DVD in July of 2008. Received a memo from www.tvshowsondvd to that effect.
