I agree it should have lasted five years because it had good direction and good writers and cast. It is a shame it only lasted one year. I have heard that the ratings were good but that the network didn't feel like they were good enough because of Mr. Ford's salary. It is a shame.
shareI remember watching the series on Sunday nights on CBS. Great show, and great opening sequence. Too bad it is not released on DVD. Way better than the junk they put out now. Glenn Ford was the best.
shareTo my mind one reason that this show went off was because they changed it. It went from Glenn Ford going around in his Jeep in desert tan western wear to running around to the capital in a suit.
