It's a pretty old argument these days to say stuff like Tarantino is lazy. Yes, Tarantino pays homage, or in some people's eyes outright rips off, scenes and moments from other films and genres, but he doesn't hide it.
Yes, Django Unchained is inspired by spaghetti westerns but the plotline is completely original so to say he's lazy is wrong. The storyline is original but done in the style of a spaghetti western cross-pollinated with 70s plantation exploitation films like Mandingo.
What's also amusing is using the Django name but having nothing to do with the original Django character (other than the cameo by Franco Nero) as it's in keeping with all of the Django "unofficial sequel" rip-offs that came out in the 60s and 70s after the success of the original.
You could also say that Corbucci is lazy because Companeros borrows so many distinctive elements from his earlier film the Mercenary.
