I agree with the commenter and the forum poster --- this would be a great movie to put out on DVD. Whomever is holding onto the rights -- p - l - e - a - s - e .... release it to DVD!

Are you still looking for this? I have been too. My father was in it and I can't find it anywhere. I did find out that it was released on VHS in the 80's under the name "False Witness." I work at Warner Bros. and we are currently working on this for DVD release. Keep an eye on the WB Archives webpage.
