i'm presently watching a netflix dvd of "anita o'day: life of a jazz singer".

turns out the legendary Anita's only acting gig in her 87 years was ZigZag. darn, now i'm gonna have to catch this flick somewhere.. apparently best chance will be 'live' on TCM.
