One Of The Great Versus/Meets Films Of All Time

This is one of the greatest either vs. films or meets films. I've noticed that in the Zatoichi series *beep* Katsu is never loses his temper, until Toshiro Mifune starts calling him "hey, blind basterd" that Zatoichi loses his cool temperament.

Also, I love the scene where a buildings is on fire and Yojimbo messes with Zatoichi by making him think that there's a long drop down. Sow what does Yojimbo do? Zatoichi drops something (like a coin I think), Yojimbo catches it then waits like 5 seconds to mess with Zatoichi. This is a brilliant and funny as hell!

What are your own favorite parts?

Big fan of that ending. What a wonderful place for these two characters to find themselves.

In the film previous to this a character calls him "blind bastard" three times, at which point Zatoichi announces that's one times too many and loses his temper - it's either Samaritan Zatoichi or Zatoichi and the Fugitives
