Zabriskie Points influence on music duo..

Hello.. i thought i would point this out to some of you,if you are interested..

An musical duo by the name of Boards of Canada recently wrote an album called The Campfire Headphase (warp records),citing Zabriskie Point as a huge influence on that album.

Someone recently pieced together a video using a song from said album and clips from Zabriskie Point. The result,in my opinion,is awesome. It also prompted me to seek out this movie.

The guy who made these (i dont know his name at the moment) is apparently going to make a few more from songs on the album. Will post them when they go up.

i love boards of canada. i like this clip a lot too, although it could use some exploding wonderbread. please post more whenever they're ready.

Yeah, definitely made a lot of sense...Boards of Canada love all the mysterious stuff

Now what I want to know is...is that David Koresh's eye in the pictures that came with In a Beautiful Place Out in the Country? It would explain a lot about that record and it really, really looks like him in that picture.
