According to Amazon.com, "The Giant Behemoth" movie is slated to be released in July 2007. Hopefully, Warner Brothers Entertainment will get rolling on an uncut, letterbox version of WDRTE.

I thought TGB would be released on June 26, did it get postponed or something? It's still on my wish list, so I look forward to getting the DVD. And it does raise hope for a WDRtE DVD release.

The big dino in this movie looked just like "The Giant Behemoth" to me.

I just got done watching it again after over twenty years, and I thought the same thing. The walking motion was close to the same, and so was all the head wagging.

Does the dino in this film have a name? The Behemoth was called the paleosaurus. The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms was the rhedosaurus. Was there ever a name given to the dinosaur from this film?

I believe Danosaurus, named after Jim Danforth. I believe I read that some years ago.
