sources??

Hi,

I have watched most of Bunuel’s films and I love them but I recently watched the Milky Way and though I did find it very funny and very intelligent I have to confess I am afraid most of the references elude me and I was left with the impression that there were many things I didn’t fully understand.

Does anybody know the sources for this film? I know he used the Bible and Marquis de Sade but I wish to find a more precise and as complete as possible list so I can better appreciate the film. Thanks
